APT video ai (“we”, “us”, the “Service”) is operated by Guo Qian, an individual / sole trader under the laws of the People’s Republic of China, under the brand APT video ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information when you use https://aptvideoai.app.

Please read it before you use the Service. Using the Service means you have read this policy. We may update it; material changes will be emailed to your account address or announced on the site at least 15 days in advance.

2. Information we collect

2.1 You provide

• Account: name, email, and sign-in details (including Google sign-in profile data you authorize).
• Photos: the two performer images you upload. Upload only photos you have the right to use. Do not upload photos of minors.
• Generation choices: frame (9:16 or 16:9) and related task settings.
• Payments: amount, status, and order identifiers. We do not store full card numbers.
• Support: emails, tickets, and feedback you send us.

2.2 We collect automatically

• Device and network: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, timezone.
• Usage: pages viewed, feature use, session length, error and performance logs.
• Local drafts: photos you stage in the browser may be stored in IndexedDB on your device so they survive sign-in. That copy stays on your device until you clear it.

2.3 We do not collect

We do not collect precise location. We do not store full card numbers.

3. How we use it

We may use aggregated or de-identified data that cannot identify you.

Analytics tool, when enabled: Google Analytics. If no Measurement ID is configured, we do not load Google Analytics. You can block analytics cookies in your browser.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, including “sale” as defined under laws such as the CCPA.

We share data only with:

• Service providers bound to use it only for the Service: hosting (Cloudflare), video generation (Kie.ai / Kling), authentication (Google, if you use it), and payments. Card data is processed exclusively by our PCI-DSS processor Waffo Pancake and is not stored on our servers.
• Legal requests when required by law or to protect users and the Service.
• Business transfers if the Service is sold or transferred, with notice and continued protection.
• Others only with your prior consent.

Photos and the pink-studio template are sent to Kie.ai / Kling only to return your clip.

6. Security

• Transport: TLS / HTTPS.
• Passwords and secrets: hashed or stored as platform secrets, not in page content.
• Access: least privilege.
• Breach: if an incident affects your rights, we will notify you and, where required, regulators within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.

Keep your login private.

7. Retention

8. Your rights

Email support@aptvideoai.app. We respond within 30 calendar days.

You may complain to your local data-protection authority if you believe we have not handled a request properly. You can also close your account in Settings → Profile.

9. Marketing

We do not send marketing mail by default. Service messages (receipts, security, policy updates) are not marketing and cannot be turned off while you have an account. If we later offer optional marketing, it will require your consent and an unsubscribe link.

10. International transfers

Servers and vendors may process data in the United States and other countries (including Cloudflare, Google, Kie.ai, and Waffo Pancake). Where required, we rely on contractual safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and on providers that offer an adequate level of protection.

11. Children

The Service is for users 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us data or photos, email us and we will delete them.

12. Third-party services

Google sign-in, Google Analytics, Kie.ai / Kling, Cloudflare, and Waffo Pancake have their own policies. This policy covers information we collect. We are not responsible for third-party practices.

13. Changes

Material changes will be announced at least 15 days in advance by site notice or email, and the “Last updated” date on this page will change. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
